Michael brings vision and drive to the Eastwood Retirement board. He holds a number of other board positions, including former Chairman of the Bairnsdale Racing Club and is a Director of Village Life (Victoria) Pty Ltd. He has considerable experience consulting in the land surveying, town planning and property development industry and is Managing Director of Crowther & Sadler Pty Ltd.

Duncan brings a wealth of business, financial and statutory compliance experience to the project. He has forged strong relationships with property developers in the commercial property arena and enjoys the challenges of analysing and implementing direction to businesses. In addition Duncan brings strength in financial planning for retirees. Over the past 30 years his community and voluntary works include the following appointments:  Victorian Parks Consultative Committee 2000-2003, East Gippsland Catchment Authority 2003-2007, 10 Years as treasurer of VEDA and 6 years representing Victorian Regional Fishing Advisory Council. Duncan is committed to community and promotion of the East Gippsland region.

John has many years' experience in business and finance as well as the tourism and hospitality industry.

John has been a director of Gippsland Secured Investments (GSI), a former Mayor of the Town of Bairnsdale 1975-76, a past President of the Victorian Eastern Development Association (VEDA) 1985-87 and a past Chairman of The Provic Group Inc. John brings strong strategic vision to the Eastwood Retirement board.

Jeanette has spent her working career in health and welfare, office/business management, senior management, hospitality, event management and has completed a course in aged care nursing. Jeanette is a people person and has a bright and cheerful disposition and enjoys helping people in any way she can. She is thoroughly enjoying her time with Eastwood Retirement and making so many new friends in the residents. She enjoys assisting residents to fulfill their expectations and to enjoy the lifestyle at the Village. Jeanette will work with you with the complete sales process from choosing a villa and then ensuring that you to settle into village life. Jeanette has completed a diploma of counselling to enhance her people skills and to assist with the management of the village and residents.

Fiona has varied skills in administration and has worked for Centrelink through to Benetas. She has a very friendly personality and is a willing hand for any task given. Fiona brings a strong admin focus and loves helping the residents and to have a chat with them at anytime.
